About the role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible leader with strong problem-solving skills to assist and manage multiple projects, interact with relevant project teams, implement changes when necessary and report progress and issues to management.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
- Responsible for the project operation
- Cooperate with stakeholders and lead the project
- Independently responsible for project planning and overall planning
- Responsible for the basic planning and strategy of product launches
- Review issues within day-to-day operational processes and come up with actionable solutions
- Monitor project implementation, track testing results and escalate any issue to the product team
- Have the ability to independently be responsible for strategies
Requirements:
- Min 4 years experience in Project Management role (ideally from a consulting background)
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency plus excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills in order to deeply understand end-to-end processes and conduct impact analysi
- A data-driven mindset in order to handle numbers, read trends, and spot data discrepancies
- Able to collaborate with team members and meet deadlines with minimal supervision and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills with strong communication and coordination skills to effectively convey your ideas and influence peers and relevant stakeholders
- Critical thinking and ability to persuasively influence through storytelling, up to date on market trends and industry insights
- Have the ability to convey ideas and concepts to support creative pitches
- Self-driven in managing and accomplishing projects under tight deadlines and able to work with minimum supervision
- Experienced with basic SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing
