The purpose of this feature is to make sure that all the assets are in good condition. The success of each business depends on how consistent the services are, thus this platform has its own way of doing so.
On the REPORTS tab, there’s MAINTENANCE. This will show all the assets and its description to make it easier for the user and other departments or teams to identify what needs to take an action.
In the photo below, the generated ASSET ID is there by default. If the user is looking for a specific asset, the SEARCH BAR can be utilised.
On the upper right corner, there’s an ACTION button that will let you automate a report, export to pdf, and export to excel. These processes are the same as the previous articles for creating an automated report; exporting it to pdf and excel, however, it will be specifically for maintenance.
ADD NEW WORK ORDER / REQUEST
These features are only available for users with PROFESSIONAL and ADVANCE plans.
These can be found on the MAINTENANCE - WORK ORDER - REQUEST
In the example below, the account that was used was STANDARD so the features could not be utilised.
For ADVANCED and PROFESSIONAL users, when ADDING A WORK ORDER, click on MAINTENANCE then select WORK ORDER.
It will show the WORK ORDER DETAILS that needs to be filled out.
The user must know the priority if it’s LOW, HIGH or MEDIUM. These can be seen on the drop-down button on the PRIORITY fillable box.
The dates and frequency were also options to choose from, depending on the preferred dates and also if the user wants it to be repeated.
There would also be option to choose the WORKER that the user wants to assign on the work order.
The user may also upload an image and files depending on the work that needs to be done.
Click SAVE when it has been completed. It will show the preview of the WORK ORDER CREATED.
The WORK ORDER feature could also be EDITED AND DELETED by utilising these buttons:
It could also be IMPORTED back to the platform if there were a lot of work orders to be done.
The ACTIONS button will let the user EXPORT TO PDF OR TO EXCEL, AND SETUP THE COLUMN FIELDS.
The user can also make a REQUEST for the work order that needs to be accomplished. By doing so, the assigned worker will have a heads-up to be able to prepare for the upcoming tasks.
On the MAINTENANCE feature, choose REQUEST then select ADD NEW REQUEST.
