On the TOOLS tab, there are two features which are EXPORT and IMPORT.

This makes the report on each description (category) that would be easier for the user to access the record and track the assets.

The user could EXPORT the data in PDF or Excel format.

If the data are more than 500, being the minimum required of assets, the file will be sent to the user’s email.

In this photo, the user has the option to choose the table of data that needs to be exported.

For example, I want the ASSETS to be downloaded as a PDF file. On the drop-down menu, I chose the ASSETS from the selection and ticked the PDF file, and then download it.

This feature can be utilized if the user needs to import up to 5,000 records. This way, he/she can upload assets on the platform using the template of each category or description.

On the IMPORT tab, choose the template of the table that the user wants to input and import then download the template.

In the example below, I want the ASSET STATUS to be imported to the platform but it’s more than 10. I downloaded the ASSET STATUS template then this excel file will open.

I have added the assets on the downloaded excel file and then imported it back to the platform.

Once it’s uploaded, there’s a MAP FIELD, the ASSET STATUS NAME and DESCRIPTION should match then click NEXT.

This is what it looks like when the template has been uploaded. Below the data, there are questions that the user needs to complete depending on the preference of the user.

Once the data has been imported, all the information that was uploaded will be auto-generated on the platform.
