Asset Status

This platform has a feature to track the status of each asset that the user has, which makes it easier to be tracked and monitored.

On the ‘Settings’ tab, go to ASSET STATUS.

On the ASSET STATUS page, there will be default statuses for each asset with its description.

The user has an option to ADD, EDIT, and DELETE these statuses if there would be necessary changes.

When adding a new asset status, just click on the upper right corner - ADD NEW ASSET STATUS

Fill out the ASSET STATUS NAME and the DESCRIPTION

The description gives more detail on the status of the asset which will be easier to be understood by those users, teams, or departments.

Click ADD when it’s done and it should be added to the ASSET STATUS page.

IMPORT A NEW ASSET STATUS

This is for a large number of assets that need status because this will be through an excel file, which will be filled out and imported back to the platform.

This saves time on adding a new status one by one, instead, fill it out on a spreadsheet and then just upload it back.

On the same page of the ASSET STATUS, go to ACTIONS, then look for IMPORT NEW ASSET STATUS.

The user will have the option to download its template and then fill it out when it has been downloaded.

Once the template has been downloaded, fill it out with the information that is needed for the assets.

The categories were provided in each column on what needs to be indicated.

When it has been filled out, just download the file then click NEXT.

A MAP FIELD will then be seen upon clicking NEXT. This shows all the categories that were indicated upon uploading the ASSET STATUS IMPORTED FILE.

When this has been checked, click NEXT.

The file now is ready for IMPORT. It will show the details and at the bottom part are the more actions that the user wishes to do on the asset status to be imported.

When all of these have been set up, click on IMPORT.

When the imported file has been successfully added, it will show on the ASSET STATUS PAGE.
